Reporting a problem

Practice sessions are deleted 30 minutes after they start, and the app has no account, so please include:

• what you were doing (scenario name, step);
• the approximate time and your time zone;
• your device model and app version (Profile & settings);
• if an error screen showed a request ID, that ID.

Support can investigate using technical metadata only — we cannot read your practice audio or transcripts after the session expires.

Common questions

The patient's voice did not play

The reply is always shown as text. Use “Retry voice” on the turn, and check the device is not in silent mode.

My session ended by itself

Each practice session lives for a fixed 30 minutes, then it is deleted for privacy — including its audio. Start a new round to continue practising.

How do I delete my data?

Server-side practice data deletes itself 30 minutes after each session. Local data: Profile & settings → Delete local practice data. Details in the privacy policy.
