A photo was rejected. The app needs your whole body from head to knees, a plain wall, even light, and a visible gap between your arms and your torso at the waist. Mirror selfies are fine.
Where are my photos? Body scan photos stay on your phone and nowhere else - measurement runs entirely on device, and "Delete all scans" in Profile removes everything. Meal and menu photos are different: they are sent for AI analysis only when you choose AI Meal Scan or Menu Picks, and only after you agree to the disclosure the app shows first. Manage or cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
